Tim walked the property to estimate the cost of a whole house remodel on June 20th. I was told they were "very interested" in getting this job and would be able to be complete by last week of July or first week of August. They scheduled a second walk through for June 26th which was supposed to include the different sub-contractors to make an accurate estimate of the work involved, but Neil arrived solo. I was told I would get an estimate in writing on Monday June 29th, but did not. Numerous calls and messages were left with Neil and Tim. Finally, Tim responded to one assuring they were still "very interested" in this project. I continue to wait. 2 Weeks have gone by and still no estimate, no turning down the job, just more and more stringing along.
FYI Buyer Beware - Unresponsive. Wanted 50% down payment (Money Troubles??) and ultimately just a very unprofessional organization. I'd be concerned about the work they would do if they can't even handle a simple estimate.
