    Custom Care (Mark Eldridge owner) has done upgrades for my condo unit and also repairs for our Condo Association. Mark will thoroughly research many options for the best solution for a requested renovation or a needed repair, his construction industry knowledge is a tremendous value. Mark coordinates all the needed trades for the required work, even if it is not a staffed in-house trade skill, Mark is a very solid General Contractor. His entire team is always professional, timely and they complete the work with no surprises, a big plus in the world of contractors. Mark also gives excellent proactive advice to prevent future repairs and he ensures that the work his team completes meets and exceeds our expectations. Custom Care's estimating process, time scheduling for completing the work, communication and billing process are the best of any contractor we have worked with, very special and it takes a lot of stress off my "worry list". I would recommend Mark and the Custom Care team for any renovations or repairs needed for a personal property or a Condo Association.
