    Stay away from this contractor. The point man is Jason Kartler, who sells and estimates work, and then disappears. The employees he hires are not skilled and are irresponsible. They do very shoddy work, never show up when they are supposed too, and do not clean up when they are "done." Eventually, he and his crew stopped showing up altogether and I had to get replacements on an emergency basis. Because I paid him a retainer towards the work he was supposed to do, and the value of the work he did was actually less that the retainer, I am relegated to suing him in small claims court since he refused to return any of the money. This company and Jason should be avoided at all costs. How he has stayed in business this long is a wonder.
