I am so angry at Armondo Garza, supposed owner of Cool Pools and Spas in St. George, Utah I can hardly find the words to say what I think of him. He bid our pool at $53,000. and after 8 1/2 months of NOT finishing our pool, we sought help from a lawyer. Armondo gladly accepted over 95% of that amount, and now seems to have vanished---phone disconnected, location empty and for sale. Out of pocket we have now paid to have the pool plastered, purchased a cover, and had the operational equipment replaced and reset because it was not what we had agreed to on our contract and did not meet the county inspection.
