    Hired for basement remodeling project

    We hired them because we wanted someone with a contractor's license, which they had. However, we didn't know it was about to expire, and that they were not renewing it. They also disappeared on us for months without explanation when they were supposed to be getting the building permit. We had paid them partially up-front, and when we decided to not use them, they would not refund us the money for unfinished work that we had paid for.

    I had high hopes at the beginning, and they were great to work with until they abandoned us and wouldn't have some basic integrity.

    We just remodeled our kitchen and it turned out very nice. We got several bids and they were comparble in price to most bids but we choose them for their flexibility and mostly their ideas.

    Custom Craft Homes is a great company to work with. They order a super great product at a super great price. I recommend them to everyone I know. They do it all. From new carpet or countertops to additions and remodels and of course custom homes. Put them at the top of your list.
