the design is nice but the gate to protect the children has to be lifted to close and the nails to hold down the deck are rusty not alum-nails and i cut my foot on one . i am afraid to let the children on the deck without shoes. about 10-15 calls to this co. john s. says he will be here to fix the prob. but never come's. dont trust this co. to do a good job.

Owner/President
Rotten pressure treated joists. Paid $25K for our deck, partial roof over deck and overhang over French doors. Sent two emails and a letter-NO RESPONSE. Good at taking your money but otherwise forget it. Rotten joists should not occur. Inferior materials?-I don't know but contractor should at least reach out to us. DO NOT deal with this person/company.
