Their workers do not listen to or comply with basic instructions. They consistently over-drive the screws into the wallboard and durarock, producing an inferior product. When told to not cut a hole in a particular place, they cut a hole anyway. They were warned to avoid the plumbing lines in the bathroom wall, but I found that they repeatedly tried to screw into them (thank God for the metal shield plates I installed). I would never use them again.
