We hired Custom ETC and Shawn Wilhoit for several concrete and fence-related projects, and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing.
Shawn stopped answering calls and messages after accepting the job and receiving payment, leaving multiple tasks incomplete.
Concrete was never cleaned off the fence panels as agreed.
Three damaged fence panels were never repaired or replaced, leaving the site in poor condition.
The dock-high wall concrete was left unrepaired.
The handrail for the steps was never installed, despite being part of the contract.
Most concerning, a $14,000 deposit for parking curbs has not been returned, and we’ve received no response after multiple attempts to follow up.
We trusted this business with significant work and funds, and the lack of communication and follow-through has caused major frustration. Proceed with extreme caution if considering this company.
