I HIGHLY recommend the team at Reliable Renovations! They were a pleasure to work with! Lazaro & team recently completed a total kitchen overhaul for us. Lazaro found a way to incorporate the coffee nook, lazy susan and pull out spice rack we wanted - while managing to keep a large window for natural light! I'm so thankful that they encouraged us to choose the stone for our counters in-person! Christian is an artist with flooring! Thanks to the whole team!! They managed to give us our dream kitchen a full week early!

My husband and I hired Reliable Renovations to remodel our Master Bathroom. We have lived in our townhouse for for the past 12 years, and the unit was built in 1997 and had not had any updates since then. We still had tile counters and old chrome and brass fixtures. Needless to say it needed a complete redo. Lazaro spent a considerable amount of time taking us to different companies that had stone for countertops. He was able to tell us all of the advantages of the different stones. He was instrumental in directing us to the right countertop material for us. Once we had a decision on the counter we then went to work on tile, lighting and fixtures. Once we made a decision on those Lazaro contacted the tile store and worked with them to make sure we were ordering the correct amount. He even picked everything up when it was ready. He and Christian then started the renovation. They were always on time and considerate of the fact that my husband and I worked from home. They had the demo done in record time! Oh, I should add we have two dogs that barked at them all the time so they did their best to disappear in the room when they were working. Every detail was well planned and the work they did was excellent. There were several changes that we made along the way, and they were very adaptable......which was very important. I can't even tell you the number of times that they both went out of their way to make this the best experience for us. And the room was spotless every day after they were done for the day. Their experience and willingness to make everything perfect for us was beyond excellent. We already have another bathroom for them to work on....I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that has any type of remodel job for them. They do it all! Excellent to work with!

This company was outstanding! They completed the work we requested in a timely manner and went far beyond what many contractors offer. Not only did they clean up very well every day they were here, they also continuously spoke with us to clarify exactly what we wanted and what they could do to make things better. There was one minor issue regarding our ceiling peak from original construction (which wasn't their fault) and they ended up repairing it to our full satisfaction. We highly recommend this company!
