Our heating system by Custom Floor Heating has been running perfectly for 20 years now. It’s apparent they use only the most reliable products.. We know another couple who had their system installed by a company that claims they’re the most knowledgeable and install the most systems in all of WA and it leaked and ruined their hardwood floors and Sheetrock everywhere in their brand new home and they claimed it was the product not the installation... HAHA not funny.. They install those products, by choice.. ultimately they blamed the company’s products and they he’d to go after them. We love our system so much we’re pouting another one in our summer home on San Juan Island..
