    Design and permit full renovation
    $35,000

    Gary and Derek helped us do a full redesign and permit process for our home, keeping the house as a renovation rather then a full knock down rebuild to keep our tax basis. They where responsible for all the subcontractors for ground surveying and everything involved in the permitting. The design was absolutely beautiful and they took everything I had to say into account while still keeping everything eligible for the permit and reasonable to actually build cost wise.

    Didn't end up doing the renovation as we decided to sell instead, but they where top of the list for doing the actual work. Highly recommend.

    reasonable price, good service

    We had a project of the second floor addition with Custom. The price was reasonable and the service was good in general. Derek has been so nice to work with and he is always responsive. The job quality is acceptable but could vary depending on the sub-contractors they hired at that time. However, their finish team led by Shown was the best and they were able to correct any imperfections at the end. My wife was particularly impressed by their tile work at the new bathroom. In general, we are very satisficed with their service.
