Worst experience ever! Had nothing but problems with Tim Seymore building our new home. There were many problems with our home, it was framed completely wrong in several areas, many roof leaks, areas that were not symmetrical at all. When I asked him about these things he told me I was too picky. Tim only works during the day, he does not work evenings or weekends. He told my husband after all these problems started that we are not to call
him on the weekend unless our house is on fire. So very unprofessional. I would say if you are looking for a builder I would definitely do your homework. This was supposed to be a happy time for us to build our dream home and turned in to a complete nightmare. I would not ever ever recommend Tim Seymore custom homes.
