Steve Sierleja built an ICF home for me and did an extremely poor job. His warranty is worthless, his bids are inaccurate and his construction does not comply with manufactures specifications. He still has images of my home on his website before the water damage occurred. Said water damages began just 2 months after completion of our home but he said he could not honor his warranty because he was broke and going through a divorce. If you elect to use Steve or have already made the mistake of entering a contract with him hold back a minimum of 20% for 2 years after he thinks he is done. I had to pay to have a large portion of my home rebuilt during my warranty period and now Steve still will not take my calls. Ask him to visit the waterfront home on Medina lake that he has images of on his web site and see how quickly he back peddals. Good luck!
