We had our dream home built during the pandemic very difficult to get materials but our house turned out great!!! Working with Custom Homes of the Ozarks Inc. and Paul was a great experience we have had 5 houses built in the past and we so much appreciate Paul’s honesty and integrity compared to our other experiences we have had with other builders in the past. I would definitely recommend them.

This builder is a poor manager of the project. Our home should have completed last year 2020, at least that what was said. Not done still this year 2021. Not ready and complete in May, June or July. Looks like it won't be in August either. The owner Paul Darracq is someone I would never enter into a contract with again.

Had him out to look at job . He said he would give us an estimate . Contacted him and got nothing but excuses. Got a hold of him finally and he said ,almost done just finishing up . This process went on for months . Never said he wasn't interested or he didn't want the job , just kept us hanging . We found a real builder that cares !!
