At first I was pleased because they came out right away and installed the gutters. But one week later it rained and there were multiple leaks. For three months I tried to get them to come back and fix the leaks, but they never did. I finally gave up and hired someone else to finish the job. I do NOT recommend Custom Innovation!

Installed my gates incorrectly, called Ramon out to look at the issues and when he came out he had obviously been drinking slurring his words and told me his workers incorrectly installed my gates and that he would fix them on Friday .He never showed up won’t return my calls or text messages and now I have to hire another contractor to correct his poor work . I intend to take custom innovations to court to get my money back( won’t honor his own warranty)
