We offer so much more than pools that it just did not seem appropriate to call ourselves “pool company X.” However, we started in the pool industry and pools are what we know. From a high quality yet cost effective design in the mid-$20K range to a six-figure imported stone and glass tile masterpiece, we always start with structural components that are designed to last a lifetime. A steel schedule that is miles above city code, gunite depth that doubles that of some other builders, and a circulation system that utilizes the latest safety features and efficiency techniques are some of the ways we provide our clients with estate quality swimming pools. Display room Our lead project manager has over 25 years of experience in the pool construction industry and some of our other employees include a manufacturer certified technician with over 20 years’ experience, a designer with over 10 years’ experience, and an office manager who was previously an equipment manufacturer’s rep.We offer weekly pool service, repair and remodeling and we carry pool supplies in our Rockwall store. From the first call about your pool design to years down the road for equipment servicing; regardless of what is needed, we have the expertise.

    Avoid at all costs

    This is our second pool build with COT. In 5 years the price skyrocketed and the quality plummeted. Communication with our builder was poor at best; I had to initiate 99% of conversation to find out what was going on. Efficiency was abysmal. Literally not one single thing happened on time or when we were told it would happen starting from day 1 with digging. Professional accountability was non existent; the delays were always someone else’s fault. I’m well aware my pool was built during peak season, a concern I voiced when Delays starting rolling in even before the dig. I didn’t want to waste a summer with no yard, so I was willing to put off the build, but we were reassured so we moved forward, we are in to our FOURTH month, well beyond the maximum time we were promised. Our project is still not finished. Our fence is torn up and they never came back to grade our yard so that we could lay sod. It’s just a mess. Can’t give my kids their summer back but I CAN warn you....take your business elsewhere!

    **update we are 6 weeks post pool completion and our yard and fence still haven’t been finished. The owner responded directly to us saying it was a minor punch list item and was not a priority.

    I based using this company on the reviews. Things like there was always a foreman there and the quality. I am the one calling all the time to find out where they are. It took 4 times for them to get the spa tile laid and it is all wonky. They laid the concrete one week ago and it has seven cracks that go from one side to the other. They say I said not to lay expansion joints.WHAT? I never said that. Even I know you have to have expansion joints. The only thing that was said about them was after the concrete was laid I said they laid concrete on top of the expansion joints and it looks terrible. They said they would clean it up. Craig said he told me there would be cracks in the concrete around the pool. IF HE WOULD HAVE SAID THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE USED HIM. 4 pools and I have never had cracks around the pool. This has been a disaster from start to finish and it is not done.
