    build a pool start to finish
    $45,000

    I contracted Custom Pool Connections to build a pool for me. Kirk and Stacey were right on with the specs and the work was done extremely well. I am a type "A" personality and sometimes can be hard to get along with, but these folks are quite easy to deal with. I am very happy with the work and the pool that I use everyday. Highly recommend !!

    The owner is extremely kind however a lot of mistakes occurred and much of the visual workmanship was extremely sloppy. Requests for repairs were late and / or completed not to our satisfaction. I do not recommend this company, they do not meet any of their commitments. Especially schedule related, but everything else has issues too.

    I worked with Tracy and Kurt early 2023. At that time they were working for Joe Castro/Next Generation Pools. They started Jan 2, no-nonsense contract and permits in hand, and the pool was swimmable March 7! After all the neighbor and friend horror stories, this is like turning water into wine. Put me in touch with top suppliers, great design for our limited space, all peripherals industry standard, no junk. And since then, not one single issue. Plus they hooked me up with a great maintenance service.
    A great stable of subcontractors, all with decades doing this work. The Marana inspector just breezed through. Having been a contractor/engineer myself, I can appreciate this kind of professionalism. And Kurt and Tracey are hands on. Always around, tweaking, riding subs, etc. Absolutely did everything they said they'd do. Couple little changes fairly handled. Straight shooters, the best.
