This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one. -

The experience was not good. Custom Pool Plastering resurfaced my pool in 2015 and I chose a light sky blue resurfacing color. When I arrived home from work the pool was being filled and the color was a deep lagoon dark blue which over the last 6 years turned into a dull gunite grey. Very disappointed with the results. This past year 2020, I was finally able to afford to have it resurfaced again. I chose pebble tech this time and used Burketts. Much better quality and they got the color right.

A &H installed a brand new a/c system (and first one since the house was built in 1958), and replaced our furnace and improved our duct work. We worked with the owner over the initial decisions at to models and pricing. Dale was incredibly honest and answered all of my countless questions. He believed in the a/c unit we bought so much he extended our warrantee since he had the same one in his house.
The team that did the install worked hard and went beyond the call of duty to ensure our somewhat complicated install would be up to code and functional. We were very pleased with the integrity, quality, and pricing of this company.
When some tweaking needed to be done on cold and hot spots in the house, they returned soon after we called and never charged us a penny to ensure we were pleased. I recommend A&H without reservation.

We were ready to fill in our pool. After looking in to the cost of filling in our pool, we decided to spend the money on repairing it instead. We got a few bids and decided to use Custom for our contractor. The work was completed promptly, workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We are looking forward to spending time in are new backyard!

Thank you for delivering our dream pool that was done quicker than planned, completed exactly as bid, constructed better than imagined and looks and functions better than we could have imagined. From day one we were totally impressed with your teams attention to detail and your cleanliness. Your team looked and acted as though they were building this pool for themselves. They were always aware of the little things my wife seems to think only I see. Attention to detail and all aspects of your customer service was excellent. Keeping our yard organized and picked up nightly was a big plus.
Neil took our ideas and hit it out of the park on design, dimensions and overall appearance. Stefan overseeing the project and checking in with us daily to advise of progress and answer all of our questions was invaluable to our peace of mind. roger coming out and moving dirt to make sure the project was done on time was over the top!!!How many owners will do that??? Roger, you asked us "Is there anything you would like changed or you don't like about your pool/spa?" was the ultimate owner's quest for platinum customer service. By the way--we love everything about our pool/spa and wouldn't change a thing!!! Ramon was a magician at surface design, rock/boulder placement and fit. One night he was actually working until 11pm just to make we were happy and the job was completed on time. You were actually about three weeks ahead of schedule!!!
I have been in the service business for 30 years and can honestly tell you guys that outside of my Chiropractic clinics I haven't experienced outrageous service very often. We definitely experienced AAA+ outrageous service and end product from your team. Please consider this letter an acknowledgement you can use us as a testimonial for all future customers. Any and all pictures of my pool can be used as well to demonstrate the top quality product you delivered to my family.

Like the name Craig Plumbing Co, and the name of the contractor: Tom Fisher; used to live in a place called Craig, Colorado, and had a good friend, once, named Tom Fisher ... delivered papers with him, throwing them from the back of a Lambretta scooter!
Incompetent contrator, did not finish the job, he lost his license, he stole my permit documents so I had problems to get another contractor to finish, he was convicted in a CSLB hearing to refund the payment i made, he never did the ordered refund, instead he kept my money and closed his business. A clueless contractor, stay aways from him.
