He came and answered every call personally. It was seamless! There was no hidden cost. Custom Pool did a terrific job resurfacing my pool and coordinating the other projects of resurfacing my pool deck and new cage installation. They kept the area clean and kept us updated on the projects. 5 star all the way!!!

Workers were so diligent and thorough in doing their job it was a pleasure indeed to see them go to it. When it was all done it was amazing. Bob and his crew deserves 10 stars instead of 5. If you are looking for pool work look no where else. The PRICE to fit my budget was the best all round.

My pool was old and in very bad shape. The tank had some serious cracks due to shifting, so there were multiple leaks. Custom Pool Renovations took the project to renovate it even though other companies had advised me to remove it and start over with a totally new pool. I’m sure Bob regretted that decision several times as new challenges appeared, but he assured me that we would find a way to get the job done. And he did!

Bob & his crew transformed our blah old pool to a wow new pool. Complete with waterfalls, LED lights, beach, bench, all new equipment with phone controls. They coordinated with screen repair & paver companies on timing of their projects. Bob was up front with cost, timing, etc. There were no hidden charges or surprises that came up. As with any project, there were hiccups along the way. Bob took care of everything in a very timely manner & always communicated everything to us along the way. CPR has very high standards that they adhere to. If they do it, it gets done right. We absolutely recommend CPR for any pool projects. You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding work - the pool’s surface had to be resurfaced again do to another contractor using to much calcium in the the pool surface. Custom Pool Renovations corrected the problem and then resurfaced the 24 thousand gallon pool. 5 plus stars. The pool is back to normal and looking great ? thanks

Bob and his team at Custom Pool Renovations are top notch! We waited approximately 9 months--I would have waited another year if needed. We have our dream pool and while unconventional, Bob guided us all the way to ensure we would bring our vision to life. Even when our paver selection clashed with our tile, he went over and beyond to put in a stop order and then reorder tile we wanted--at no extra cost to us. He was courteous, friendly and followed up regularly to keep us up to date (and provide reassurance). We couldn't be more pleased and have gotten so many compliments on the deck and pool. Custom Pool Renovations did an amazing job with our pool and backyard renovation. We did have to wait awhile for work to begin, but we were very patient and knew that the renovation would be worth the wait. Bob, his wife, Cindy, and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. Bob communicated with me daily, returned calls immediately and was very honest. We did have a few unexpected issues, but always felt confident that these issues would be corrected and that our final product would be beyond our expectations. I did have to wait almost a year because of the material shortage but once I finally got a date all went pretty smooth. Bob and the crew were friendly and very responsive to any concerns I had. Any time I called Bob always got back to me in a reasonable time. The day of the final coat there was a 13 man crew here that worked like a machine. Impressive. They did a good job cleaning up each day. Had a small leak after pool was filled. Bob worked with me daily until the leak was found and fixed. I would recommend CPR too others.

We had our pool resurfaced and retiled, our deck drain removed and replaced with a larger one, and the deck was resurfaced with the concrete stamped overlay and we love it! Bob explained all the options we had and how the whole process would work. Bob, Cindy and the whole crew were so professional and great to work with! We had our whole pool redone and could not be happier. We also had our back, front porch and side walk concrete stamped and it is beautiful. Everyone comments on how nice it looks. Bob and the crew at Custom Pool Renovations were responsive, polite, neat and the final product was AMAZING. They repaired and resurfaced our pool in Melbourne Beach. They also replaced the tile and changed out our equipment to a salt chlorinator. They did an incredible job and I highly recommend them for pool renovation projects.

Bob and Cindy Web were exceptional to work with. Bob gave us a detailed and fair estimate of the work that needed to be done to get our pool in working order. Our pool was built in the late 70’s and needed to be resurfaced. The CPR team completely renovated our pool, pool deck, and all of the pool equipment. The transformation was phenomenal. It’s like having a new pool. To get this job done was a multi step process and Bob and Cindy were always communicating with us and making sure we were satisfied with the work after each step was completed. We had three estimates and theirs was in the middle, but they made everything hassle free and provided good customer service. Working with experienced and honest people are important when you have a big project.

We recently redid our pool deck. Custom Pool Renovations did a wonderful job. We had chatahoochee on our deck and it was awful. It looked terrible and it was impossible to walk on because the rocks were all loose. Bob came up with a good solution for us. He was very communicative (very important for me) and always did what he said he was going to do. His assistant Cindy is also wonderful!!!! She was extremely responsive. Our pool area looks amazing and so inviting. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing. Great communication and always came when they said they were, which is extremely hard to find in Florida. Bob and Cindy are great as well as their team and anyone they put you in contact with. We filled in our deep pool to make it more shallow, added in some beach steps and did a resurface and tile update as well as replace all of the pool equipment. Every step of the process was seamless. They've always been very responsive and helpful even a year after the fact with questions on the pool equipment and are always helpful and happy to teach us. We love CPR. Customers for life! We recommend to everyone!

CPR refinished our pool deck which had issues with the surface not adhering to the concrete. They provided a quality product and the workmanship was excellent. Each day, before leaving, they cleaned the work site. We appreciate their willingness to review the work with us throughout the project. When the pool deck was completed, they made sure the water chemistry was correct and the system was operating properly. At the end, Bob came back to ensure we were pleased. He sent staff back to resolve issues found during our inspection, even after being paid. We will definitely work with CPR again.

I worked numerous contracts at PAFB and am quite familiar with many different contractors good and bad. From my first meeting with Bob Webb at our home for the initial estimate, I knew I had made the right choice. Bob inspected the pool, explained the process and provided a fair and accurate estimate. His crew was timely, courteous and did high quality work. Bob either called daily or was on the job site to insure everything was progressing as scheduled. His crew cleaned up daily and kept our pool area as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. The plaster crew arrived on schedule and Bob personally stayed on site to insure the job went as planned. I have waited several weeks to post this recommendation to make sure everything was working as planned. Bob called numerous times to make sure the chemicals were correct and ask if there was anything we needed. His response is immediate and we couldn't be happier with the results. I have used another pool company about 15 years ago to resurface the pool and Bob even corrected several mistakes they had made. I would recommend Custom Pool Renovations to anyone and everyone.

Our pool was 27 years old and way overdue for resurfacing. The coping around the pool was horrible and the glass block in the spa was leaking and had algae. We also had a waterfall we wanted gone. Custom Pool Renovations gave us some great ideas and was able to go over the existing coping to make it look like part of the deck. We had the spa removed and made it a sitting area with a table. We got another estimate from another company who said the coping had to be removed and their overall quote was higher. Bob and his crew not only took care of everything we wanted, it came out beautiful. Bob drafted up a contract with a payment schedule and stuck to it. If something came up that would cost more, it was discussed and never forced. And it was definitely things that needed to be done or replaced. His crew was very respectful. Bob and Cindy were always a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Custom Pool Renovations.

After meeting with Bob and discussing details of the project, Bob thoroughly explained the process and what we could expect. From start to finish, the resurfacing process took less than a week and the pool area was cleaner than when they started. They also took care of the water chemistry and cleaning until salt could be added to the pool. Bob and his crew did an excellent job with our extensive pool renovation - a 1960s era, rectangle, deep pool converted to a long lap pool with bells and whistles. Undergoing a renovation of this scale was always going to be stressful with several months of people in and out of the backyard many days of the week. However, I do believe it was as good as it could have been and it definitely could've been worse. The crew during each stage did high quality work. From the tile guy to the electrician, everyone was professional. The paving crew was meticulous in the burning, hot August sun and we were in awe every day of how diligently they worked day in and day out, moving large scale travertine like it was small stones. More than anything, and what I can really appreciate after dealing with so many different kinds of contractors during remodels, is just how easy Bob was to work with. Any problem we had, he responded quickly. He would head over the same day if we had a question or concern. If we wanted to change anything, he did it or explained why it wouldn't be possible. I don't think we could've found a better company for the job.

Two neighbors had their pools renovated and Custom Pool Renovations and were very happy with the work they did so we decided to hire them for our pool. They let us know the time line of when they could start which was a few months but it was well worth the wait. Their response time to emails and calls is outstanding. We had issues with leaking and the bottom drain was plugged by previous owners. They explained our options, never pushed anything, just gave facts and cost. We originally were going to resurface the pool and work on the bottom drain but ended up adding benches and changing the steps in the pool as well.
