Custom pools by design did a absolutely amazing job on my pool ! They are very professional and we’re so helpful with all the details of making sure this was the perfect pool for me . It went smoothly from start to finish, it turned out beautifully ! ! I highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with every aspect of dealing with Custom Pools by Design. Everyone on the team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the project. The communication was extremely efficient.

Our pool, deck and cage were done in 8 weeks! Our pool is just beautiful. We were glad we took their recommendation to have a concrete sub deck done before installing the pavers. In this way we won't have to deal with weeds, nor will the pavers shift or sink!

It was a delight to work with them and we would recommend Wayne and his wonderful staff to anyone contemplating installing a pool.

My pool is currently being built and I️ can’t say anything bad about this company. They are knowledgeable,professional, and have answered any questions I’ve had about the process.

Custom pool by design installed my pool and pavers, with subdeck, in 2016. I am very happy with my choice.
As for the negative reviews, I am shocked. They are all friendly and very quick to respond to any of my inquiries or issues. The reviewer commenting on the hourly cost for coral drilling, I wonder if they must rent the machine in 4 hour blocks? There is more involved than the time they actually break through the coral.
I could have gone cheaper, but, you get what you pay for.

Since we were new to the area all of our friends advised us to get at least 3-5 estimates on selecting a pool company. We scheduled 4 & Custom Pools by Design was the 2nd after talking to Wayne & Candi we cancelled the others. The professionalism, knowledge & personalities were outstanding. The work would be done before we moved in & at every stage they stayed in contact with us. The pavers, solar & screen work was outstanding . Kevin, VP of field operations gave us his cell & told us to contact him with any problems once we moved in. Wayne, Candi & Kevin thank you very much. We did our homework and chose to have Custom Pools by Design located in Cape Coral. Every time we called they answered and have always been pleasant and responsive. Had them start the pool project before we became full time residents. Even though we weren't present they did an amazing job. Love every detail of our pool. They were amazing before during and now after the project. Thanks Custom Pools! We love our pool.

My family just got a pool put in and we were discounted with service and product! Wish we did our research and went with someone else. Rude people however there was nice one too! I picked up trash almost everyday and broken bricks! The drill time for coral is such a joke!!! I was here watching they only did it for an hour and they charged us for 4 hours! Really extra 3000! There contract is a lie! Recommend tropical pools in Cape Coral!

I was in contract with this company and they backed out at the last minute. After further investigation I am glad they did back out. If the price is to good to be true than it is to good to be true! A pool is a big investment so buyer beware and do your homework.
