If you need it to be connected to WiFi (which it does to keep the warranty) he will only send someone out after you threaten him. (he will also tell you they don't have to do it, BUT THEY DO)

Drew will tell you to email his office, copying him and that he will take care of the issue.....HE WON'T
Drew Jansky will abandon you during and after installation and he and his employees will talk down to you, until you fight back. The entire company is WHOLEY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY.
