Was referred to Custom Radiant for elec radiant floor problem. Jeff Nadeau (owner) charged $170 to show up and $375 for a diagnosis - and his diagnosis was that nothing was wrong and he had turned the thermostat on. However, the floor never came on and he never returned two calls, a text or an email. Another professional found two disconnected wires and a break at no charge and got one zone running
Jeff Nadeau chose to bring up his strong support for Donald Trump. I found this irrelevant and intimidating. He should lose his license.
