By DaveJanuary 3, 2013Response from Custom Roofing Specialists August 27, 2022Call me in the middle of a snowstorm told me how there’s water pouring into his upstairs everywhere his whole house is destroyed because the tarp is coming off put a ladder up in the snow storm crawled underneath the tarp every step taken a big puff of dust refused to let me in to see the damage and see the water in his house but then wanted to file a claim against my insurance company, My insurance company sent out a fraud investigator posing as an adjuster at the end of the conversation do you agreed the damage was pre-existing and there was no water getting in under the tarp somehow that makes me the truck because he was unable to rip off my insurance company

Years ago I owned a house up north in the Pound, WI area. I had several roofers come out to try to fix a leak and none of them could manage to take care of it. I called Custom Roofing and Jim was out there right away and was able to solve my leaky roof problem. Now years later, I live in the Green Bay area and need a roof replaced. Custom Roofing again came through with a fair bid and was able to get my roof done within 3 days. I am more than happy with them and would be happy to give them a recommendation.
