Stay away! We asked them to give us a leak/damage repair estimate and agreed to pay $75 for the estimate ... they came out once, then told us they would need to come out again (without mentioning additional cost). They billed us $325 additional to diagnose the issue, which included a lot of standing-around time while we waited for the plumber to arrive. We had to call them twice to provide us with the written estimate and receipt. They quoted us $595.85 to fix the problem and repair the holes they cut in our ceiling. We eventually had the problem fixed and drywall repaired for $150. If they were a member of BBB, we would have reported them.
