    kitchen module
    $5,098

his company installed a retaining wall for my neighbor and I in October 2018. The entire process was torture. They would say one thing then do another. We were treated like we were dumb when we questioned their practices. We were just happy to be done with them.
Their project manager is incompetent and has no idea how to construct a retaining wall. They failed to put gravel along the wall for drainage. Because of this my concrete porch is sinking and pulling away from the house due to the improper back filling of soil after installation. They were supposed to build a 18 inch wall but The wall does not even penetrate the ground. Water run right out of the bottom along with the soil holding up my house! Now we have found out they did not even use pressure treated wood and 7 months later the wall is starting to fail. They broke my neighbors sprinkler system when they were digging holes for the posts. When they were called out to look at it we were told there is no proof they were the ones that broke the sprinkler and nowhere in the contract does it say they would use pressure treated wood. Beware- this company will take your money and never look back!!

    kitchen remod

We recently bought a "renovated" home from Timeline and it has been nightmare after nightmare. They cut every corner possible to penny pinch which resulted in us having to spend a lot of money on repairs. When black mold is involved....then it is the health of my family on the line and now I am supremely pissed off. It started with the security wires. They told us the house was "wired" for an alarm system. When the security people came out they told us the wires had been ticked into the walls and the new windows placed over them, and therefore not usable. We had to get a cellular system which was much more costly. Then I removed all the deep drawers in the kitchen to put soft close dampers in (this by the way would have been something really cheap and easy for THEM to have done since the cabinets are from Ikea, but once again....cutting corners.). Behind every cabinet I found one or two circular holes that had been drilled by mistake (I assume for electrical connections.) However the holes went unused and they did not fill them back up, so now I just have holes the wall behind all my kitchen cabinets....swell! Not only that but they left piles and piles of sawdust, pieces of plastic and bits of insulation there (because using a shop vac before you put the drawers in is too much work apparently.) They have daisy chained electrical wires together, so we cannot change out electrical switches or add any without rewiring the entire attic. They have two lights and a fan on one switch in an upstairs bedroom so that you cannot turnoff the lights and leave the fan on....we live in HOUSTON! They rewired some of the lights and then replaced them in old cracked electrical boxes..to save what? 50 cents?? The shower door in the master bathroom has been installed Improperly, so that when you take a shower, you flood half the bathroom...awesome. Here's the clincher....our girls left the water running in the upstairs sink one day. How did we find out? Because the water came leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. After we called a plumber we had to open a hole in the ceiling to get him access to the pipes. They had not been correctly connected. In fact, he doubted an actual plumber had even done the work....the bath tub: connected the same way. They just simply placed a larger pipe over a smaller one without any kind of connecting piece. Also....HUGE gaping crack in the toilet pipe that has leaked into the insulation and mold began to grow behind a cabinet. The result....we have to remove part of the ceiling and the wall in the kitchen (including a cabinet), take out all the shelves in the pantry to get access to the ceiling in there to get to the tub pipes, and re plumb the entire upstairs bathroom. The plumber said it takes a long time for a crack like that to form (likely from squirrels coming in during the winter and sharpening their teeth.). So these people knew the crack was there and then just closed it up behind a wall. ??? Also...they lied to us about the pipes. They said the plumbing was half copper pipes and half galvanized steal. The cracked toilet pipe...lead! No mention of that...thank you very much. Lucky for this house we are about to make it awesome, and luckily since we have done quite a few renovations in our old house, we know how to do some things. But the point is....we didn't think we were going to have to. They did not renovate this home....they painted it and put some band aids on it. Completely ridiculous. In short....do NOT purchase a home that has been "renovated" by this company. They are liars and cheats
