As we discussed on our initial call, we are not the best fit for every client and we take pride in that. We are licensed and insured and we told you from the initial call we had no problem providing you with those documents, we do this for the majority of our clients as they require for permits etc. We do a lot of initial estimates via email/text for those that are looking to stay in a specific budget that is a lower amount. This saves everyone time and ensures the best fit for the project. I wish you all the best on your remodel, I am sure it will be great!

Do yourself a favor don't waste your time on this company!
They gave me a quote over the phone without looking at my bathroom project. The quote was extremely high. When I stated I would need a copy of their license and insurance as well as any contractors they subcontract too they ask me why. I stated I needed to make sure everyone was licensed to do the job (ie plumbing electric etc.) and was insured. They company stated they do background checks on their employees I stated that was nice but I still needed a copy of their license and insurance because just because the company does background checks doesn't mean employees are honest. I proceeded to tell them about a some contractors I hired that as they were entering and leaving my home thru the garage how they stole from me.
I then get a text from the owner project person with the highest quote I received from any company when our appointment was just days away for them to look at the project. So they didn't even look at the bathroom. Then they stated in the same text message I was not a good fit as a customer because they felt I would follow there employees around thinking they would steal from me! ( I told her I was simply making a statement that a background check does not mean a person is honest)
They took everything out of content and on top of this they quoted me without looking at the job site and told me they wouldn't do it!
This is why I stated to any future customers to not waste their time on this company! How unprofessional to quote without looking at the job when we made an appointment and then tell me they wouldn't do the job all in the same text!
