Cuttler built a deck for me in July 2023. First step he skipped & did not use flashing behind the ledger board. Result was water getting into my basement. When I called him about the problem, he didn’t want to hear about it and got really unprofessional using profanity at me. After work is complete, if you try calling him to come look at the problems/ issues, he has excuses about having to be ever where else. He tries to blame the problems back on you. I had to fix the flashing problem by my self. He does not back his work. He also took shortcuts on the hand railing by not using deck screws on the hand railing post. He just used screws on the top 2x4. Don’t use this guy. You’ll be sorry. At first everything is fine till you question his work. Once you do he becomes an instant ass hole.
