In the spring/summer of 2023 my wife and I found ourselves in the predicament of having our home go under contract only to have the largest hailstorm I have ever experienced hit our home, just hours later. Suddenly I found myself right in the middle of a roof replacement situation in the midst of dozens and dozens of other homeowners who were in the same predicament. I had absolutely no idea what to do, and how to navigate this scenario.
In comes Chris of CV Restoration. Calm and collected, he guided us through the confusing and conflicting information that we were getting from our insurance company, the HOA, the city, and everything in between. On top of this, we were under strict and tight deadlines due to our home being under contract. CV restoration executed on time, with a very reasonable and fair price, and in the end they got our buyers a really great new roof.
