I spent $270,000 on an interior remodel through CZB construction and got left with an absolute nightmare. They installed cracked tiles, did horrible trim work, left gaping holes in the new front door they installed and lied about having any responsibility for any of it. I’m happy to share photos and more details if interested but I suggest avoiding CZB and Chase Brandt at all costs.

I had Chase come out last March to redo a ridiculously tiny laundry nook, including punching out two walls, replacing cabinets and changing tile and replacing the granite. I have dealt with several contractors before. and have found them exhausting -- difficult to communicate with, blowing me off when we have an appointment, shoddy work, condescending attitude, and failing to listen to what I ask them to do.
Chase was none of these. He punched out the dining room wall. It looks absolutely perfect. Like is was designed that way. The laundry room is twice the size, finally functional and beautify.
He was very detailed and we went over details over and over, so he could make sure he didn't do anything I didn't want. He is now scheduled to replace my entire kitchen. I trust him more than any other contractor.
