I have her a 1 star because that’s as low as I could go. So far she pooped the foundation below the grade of the lot and said the city made her do it. Now the back of a lightly sloped lot had to have the back dug down about 4 feet to get it to slope away from the foundation and a retaining wall must be installed along one side after the neighbors yard is repaired because they dug several feet into it. That’s as far as we’ve gotten for now. I’ll update as we go.

I have had the worst experience with this home builder. From water leaks, grading of the yard, pooling water, lack of concern for potential safety hazards, not fixing broken windows, passing the buck with client concerns, and etc. I could keep going but then I would be wasting my time. I do not recommend the company's services.
