Absolutely a nightmare trying to work with them. Late return phone calls by days, lots of runaround and bad practice. They didn't keep their word and the rep we dealt with was just awful. Definitely don't recommend and would suggest finding more honest and professional services out there.

I found D & A to be professional, honest, and, most importantly, skilled. We've used them on multiple projects and they have delivered on every one. I do find it interesting that there is a negative review from someone who did not use their services - with over 20 years in the business, they have many many satisfied clients and hotels.
