I am beyond frustrated with D and B services and their lack of communication along with preforming services on a timely manner.
I purchased a home which had a crack in one of the windows. We agreed the sellers would purchase the new window and have it installed while we moved in. The window was supposed to arrive to D and B Services several weeks ago. Myself, my realtor, AND the sellers realtor have attempted to contact them via phone, email, Facebook messenger and text. However, this company seems to lack customer service as no one will ever answer the phone or respond via email. I did actually receive a text back yesterday, which was extremely vague and gave me no answers on when my window will be in or installed.
This window is in my sons room and therefore he has had to sleep in my bed every night due to the temperature drop outside and therefore in his room in the middle of the night causing him to have a cold.
If you want work done in your house DO NOT use this company as it will NEVER get done!
