  Major stonework in living room and master bedroom, redo kitchen cabinets, replace flooring, renovate

  We simply cannot recommend LIA Construction (especially Eric Mizrahi) more highly. We have remodeled other homes in other locations over the years, and none of these projects have gone as smoothly or painlessly as has our current remodel in Summerlin under the supervision of Eric Mizrahi. Eric has a great eye for detail and design. He also is quick to make suggestions that achieve the effects we were going for by less expensive means. He vets his staff carefully, and every single person who has shown up to work on our project at his behest from the general helpers to the stone artisans have been knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and respectful. Our project included adding stonework to two full fireplace walls as well as upgrading floors, changing cabinet colors, and coordinating modifications to accommodate new kitchen appliances. The living room stone project morphed into a much larger project than originally planned, and the results are a spectacular floor-to-ceiling work of art which we are thrilled to be able to gaze upon each day. Stonemaster Arbey is so meticulous and artistic about how he places each part of each slab so that it makes a cohesive design that we only half-jokingly asked him to sign his work in the lower right corner like an Old Master painting. Eric stays on top of everything and is very accommodating, patient, and flexible as smaller related projects crop up along the process. He also has all kinds of good resources for other needs like housecleaning, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, cabinet makers, etc. As relative newcomers to Las Vegas, Eric has saved us a lot of time and headache by pointing us in the direction of other service professionals who he has already vetted, and each person he has recommended has turned out to be a winner. Eric has earned our trust and undying gratitude for making this process so much less stressful than such projects we have tackled in the past. He is “good people,” and he uses only “good people” on his projects, and the end result of our project exceeds all expectations. We’re fans for life!

  We planned to remodel our master bathroom with LIA and upon signing our agreement and providing our $4K deposit, went to the office to start discussing plans. The woman we worked with, Amelia, sent us our first set of plans which we assumed would need some revision. We followed up and never received a reply. After a few attempts through email, we also called and the office numerous times - no one got back to us. After 5 weeks with no reply from anyone, we left a message asking to cancel our agreement, and it was at that time, that we finally received a call back. The owner, Dror, came out and apologized saying he never received our messages. He promised he would stay on top of the job first hand and asked for a second chance, which we agreed to. The week following, we started discussing plans again and within about 5 days of that, the same thing happened again. No calls were returned, no emails, no texts- nothing. We even had Dror's cell number and he would not get back to us. After 4 weeks of attempting contact with ZERO replies, we informed the company we would be canceling the contract. We met with Dror, who acted smug and condescending, and he said that he would refund only $1,000 of the $4,000 we gave them. He even said that $2,500 went to pay the sales commission of the person who came out to initially meet with us.We have absolutely NOTHING to show for the money we gave them in good faith 5 months after we gave them the check. We have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional by a company. Now, we are left with no other option than to pursue legal action. We started looking into the company more since this has all happened and there are numerous complaints all over the internet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO INTEGRITY.

  kitchen renovation

  Patient was a virtue with our experience with LIA Construction.,July 2019 My wife and I decided on a complete renovation of our kitchen; all wall downs, creating a beautiful open space look, featuring new flooring, cabinets,,pantry; a stunning island, lightings, and including the installations of new appliances. The project for their completion was longer than anticipated but in the end; it was well worth the time--their professionalism ;their expertise and personal care towards us; was outstanding--we would highly recommend LIA Construction to all--Hiring LIA Construction over others was the best decision for us..We thank all those who worked so hard in renovating our new look and beautiful kitchen--James and Grace Von
