    I hired him to build me a pole barn last month and it turned out perfect. He showed up with his crew and all were very respectful. Now pole barns are not rocket science, but Deric clearly knew what he was doing. It was built strait and no metal was scratched. Barn was 30 x 56 x 12, 3 doors, wainscoating, 10 skylights and was built perfect. . On Bunkerhill road. I'd highly recommend him not just for his quality work but for his positive attitude and the fact that he showed up every day the weather didn't prevent it. Even then, he would call and advise he wasn't coming out to work because of rain. We talked about how I wanted things, such as the slope of concrete, etc, and he did what he promised. Great communication. I would highly recommend him. This is the second job I had him do and the first was a concrete pour in a basement that turned out good too.     I would give less than 1 star if possible. Shotty work and very poor customer service. If your looking for a contractor do your self a favor and keep looking. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!
