This company rehabbed a house that I purchased. I wasn't involved in the rehab process; The home inspection found a lot of issues (like no ground on the electric box!!); however, I've had massive issues since purchase: busted pipes due to poorly insulated lines, ceiling cracks, floor to ceiling cracks on extension and leaking roof - which they installed 1 week prior to me buying the house. I would not trust this builder or the 50+ LLCs they have set up for each rehabbed property they do. Just terrible. I'm hoping they respond to my emails re these issues.

Terrible. Makes promises on house modifications then doesn't do them. Promises completion dates and finishes 8 month late. Very insulting person with a bad temper and childish behavior. Very unprofessional. The worst builder we have ever dealt with.

Countless issues with rehabbed home purchased from D Carey Development. Cracks near windows, creating water damage in walls and floors. Roof leaking in a number of spots, needing dry wall repair and insulation redone. No gutters installed upon move in. No faulty locks and doors that don't fit properly. Overall horrible job. Stay away!
