Make sure you install cameras and take pics of everything before they start any construction next to your house. They were doing work in our alley In Denver Lohi and damaged our garage door. The garage door was not damaged before they started working and the angle clearly shows that they did the damage. We do not have cameras to show proof but any person with logic could let they did the damage. In good faith they should fix our garage door. But they will not. We have a new build that’s less than 6months old and there were no damages before they started working on the new house. Because of their negligence our garage door is damaged. You are doing construction, it’s not our job to put camera’s to make sure you don’t damage our house. How are we supposed to know to install cameras before they started construction on a different property? I even spoke to builder of our house and he said that in good faith they should cover the cost and only someone with good character would not. Do not do business with this company.
