D&D Heating & Cooling was originally recommended by a friend who had work done at her house. Initially I contacted them for a quote for furnace & AC as the ones I had were over 25 years old. Jim provided a quote and answered my questions professionally. He also modified the existing ductwork and vented the furnace outside to meet code. The new furnace was half the size of the old one. The modified ductwork was expertly done. I would say D&D is reliable, professional and worked to install my furnace quickly since weather was starting to turn in November. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Even when they are on a job, my calls were responded to in a timely manner.
