My experience with Dale Bishop has been very favorable. His assistant Alexandra Zani is one of the kindest and most efficient people I know. She personally rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned our rugs well into the night as our belongings were due to arrive the next day. She did many other things too numerous to mention. Dale is a very hard worker. He helped us get bricks for a much needed staircase that was broken down. I have seen him working in a ditch in 95 degree heat putting pvc pipe together. Anything we asked of him he addressed to our satisfaction. Plus he is a fine gentleman.. courteous to a fault. He has built and maintained Pebble Springs with utmost care. It is beautifully located and there is a waiting list.of folks who want to relocate here. We love it here and appreciate all that he and Alex have accomplished .

To have our modular home "key ready" as had been promised.

My husband and I found Dale Bishop's Pebble Springs Retirement Community which consists of single and double wide modular homes, via an internet search. Our experience with him and his business ethics/tactics has been less than desirable. Our home was conveyed to us via Alexandra Zanin, his sales representative as "Key ready" when in fact it was not.eg; Our washer drains were not connected under our dwelling which caused a substantial amount of water to collect between the flooring insulation and its plastic covering. There was no water supply to outside spigots. There was no electrical power to exterior outlets.The front porch was poorly constructed: There were 1/2 inch gaps between railings and the 4x4 support posts. Nails were poking through some of the boards. Our side entrance was very poorly constructed: The door frame was connected to the house with 1" screws that would have easily enabled someone to kick down with ease the door to gain entry to our house. Our master bath shower doors didn't fit. Gaps between counters and walls. Our wall to wall carpet was damaged by Duct Tape adhesive which still remains despite several attempts to remove it. When we confronted Dale Bishop with our list of complaints re; the home we purchased in good faith because he was described by his sales representative Alexandra Zanin (who is also a resident of the community)as a "wonderful Christian man" his word-for-word reply was "Well, I guess you folks, got yourselves a house you're stuck with." The list of complaints against Dale Bishop and his lack of ethics concerning the people within this community is very long. He has been known to tell people who complain "If you don't like it, move" He is rude, incompetent and dishonest. I would never recommend this community nor his workmanship to anyone.
