Dexter entered into a signed agreement with an elderly, retired couple in South Carolina in August 2013. According to his contractual agreement, the work would be completed 45 days from the start of the work. To date, 6/6/2013, he has NOT even completed half the work. He got paid $$$$$ for the job and will not finish the work. The elderly couple is living in unsafe, unhealthy conditions. Dexter REFUSES to return calls or even complete the work. If anyone want to see pictures, they will be uploaded on Facebook shortly. Dexter is a disgrace. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!!!!!
