Licensed General Contractor and NASCLA Accredited Contractor and authorized agent for GC Licensure in 10 states, including SC, NC and GA we don't have borders and are capable of meeting our clients needs in many markets.

David Abney is a Georgia native and has been a resident of South Carolina for the past 30 years. As a second generation building contractor and having over 35 years of on-site and hands-on construction experience, David has a vast and unique skill set that sets our GC Firm a part from most other GC Firms. We pride ourselves as not being a “paper contractor” we spend a large amount of time on-site ether working hands-on with our crews or our subcontractors. Our clients love to see us put our very on touch on their projects. They see us getting dirty and they appreciate our skill and knowledge, we connect the dots between each phase of construction. One of the big differences in our company and our competition is that we don’t serve as a middleman between our clients and the various subcontractors. We spend a lot of time on our job sites to ensure continuity and a high standard of quality. Implementing the industries best practices as well as today’s tried and true building materials we strive for a higher level of quality in construction.

Having been involved in the construction of every phase and style of residential and commercial architecture found in the southeast region there are very few things in the construction industry we are unfamiliar with. We specialize in meeting our client’s needs above all. We are licensed or certified to proficiently perform site preparation (both greenfield and brownfield sites), structural layout, deep or shallow foundations (Driven Piles or Monolithic Concrete), Vertical, horizontal or decorative concrete, ACC Block, CMU Block, ICF Structural Concrete, Masonry, Timber Framing, Conventional Framing, Stone or Wood Finish work, Ancillary work, Interior or Exterior Renovation, Pre-engineered Metal Buildings, General Roofing, Boring and Structural Shapes.
