If I could rate this place -5 I would.
We had someone who was “contracted” through these guys come out. His name is Jerome.
He obviously has no clue what he is doing when it comes to HVACs. He had come out to replace our dampers, thermostats & zone board. A few days later he had to be called back again cause the heat still wasn’t running properly. He “changed” a few things & went on his way. A few days later we had to call him back out again because the heat still wasn’t working properly. He was here for a total of 3 hours that day, with 4 men here. When he was leaving I had asked him what was wrong with it & he did everything he could to avoid answering the question. He said “if you need me to come back out just call me, text me anytime, but I’m hoping I don’t have to come back” so I had my husband text him to ask him what was wrong with the unit & to tell him what he did to fix it. He’s been avoiding us ever since. We’ve tried to get in touch with him numerous times.
We ended up going with another HVAC co who has been amazing! The guy that came out found a leak in the king valve (that Jerome broke) then also found another major leak near the compressor. Jerome also wrote on my outside unit in sharpie which I feel is so unprofessional! All in all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like if you’re gonna contract someone under you, make damn sure he is doing quality work & not dragging your name through the mud! -

My experience with this service provider has been very pleasant. They installed a complete HVAC system in my home back in the autumn. I’ve waited to make sure it would service my home all seasons before giving opinion, although that speaks to product instead of service short term. Installed by professional gentlemen in a day’s time. I was surprised, although my home is small. No issues so never had to call back. Went from propane to a heat pump, so made a much better Christmas and fuller kitchen all winter without bloated propane bills. Thanks D&H!
