We purchased a home from D&K development three years ago. About two months after we moved in the faulty craftsmanship on our “newly renovated home” started to show. The cabinets that were put up started falling off the kitchen walls, the washer and dryer hook ups were installed incorrectly, or master bath shower floor started drooping and falling through, and our “newly” laminated flooring that was put down on the first floor started separating. It was horribly installed and cheap, and the workmanship was very poor. I would not recommend purchasing a renovated hom from them so please make sure you thoroughly inspect the home prior to purchase. I do not recommend purchasing a renovation from them.
