    The project started great but quickly went downhill as Lynn backtracked on promised work. He left our project incomplete, told us he would be back to fix the giant holes in our fence and temporary gates yet he never did. I would highly suggest avoiding this company as he has also refused to refund us for the work he never finished and now we have to pursue other methods to get that back. 0 ethics.

    We completed this job on Juy 1, 2020 and paid in full. The 2 or 3 areas in question where the fence was off the ground, it was unknown if the dogs could even get out since there is a wire fence 6'' behind it. As we had discussed over the phone, dropping the fence into the low areas would make the top of the fence drop into a hole and not be straight. This area was in direct view of the back of the house so they decided to make it straight, which created the holes. Since then, the 2 or 3 areas have grown to many and to be fixed without limitations which they requested we do. I can't be responsible for their dogs digging under the fence and for natural settling. I have a text admitting that their dogs can dig under the fence, dogs do that. As for the other job of adding trim on the new existing fence. As I previously stated, we were 100% completed on 7/1/20. On 8/4/20 they decided to add the trim, and wanted to replace the chain link front gate. The grade of the ground did not allow the other gate to open in the direction they are talking about. All that said, I have offered to travel there to address the issues they have, at no cost to them. We are an honorable and honest company with integrity who put our customers first. Thank You
