I have to compliment D.L. King Excavating for their professional, conscientious work which included demolishing a house and clearing the lot of all trees, shrubbery and everything living.
I am reviewing as a neighbor living next to a D.L. King Excavating project. I am opposed to most tear downs of existing homes followed by the construction of new, modern homes. They seem out-of-place in established neighborhoods and tend to change the long-time homey feel of those neighborhoods.
That said, D.L. King Excavating has made this transition as pleasing as could be. They have kept the dust down, I don't hear loud communication between the workers, or loud music playing as I have during other similar projects nearby.
They have been unbelievably courteous with the smallest of details. I have attached a picture of a beach-rock-stack and beautiful old barrel cactus on my side of the property line that has remained intact during their work. Even with big equipment used to remove trees and shrubbery they did not disturb my plants and things in my yard. They have been friendly and polite.
Thank you D.L. King for your professionalism.
