after company found out we wanted to cancel we were treated very unprofessional. when i questioned why our bill was so much she got upset with me. she started talking over me and talking down to me. then she said " we would get our refund in 10-14 business days and to never call this number again!" and hung up on me!!! i couldn't believe it! costumers our what keep our business going. i know this first hand since i am a business owner myself. when we received our bill we were over charged. i emailed the company to ask why we were billed for a certain thing they never replied. know i will be contacting my attorney. they are only hurting their business. word of mouth and the internet could ruin a business. so sad!

These people are some of the rudest and unprofessional out there,they come across real nice until you ask for something outside there pee brain thinking. It is not uncommon for a contractor to contact his subs for various reasons throughout the job. That's just unexceptionable with this wife and husband team,they don't have time for that,on top of that his work was substandard,ran the condensation line into the crawl space with on way out and no return air for the rooms he ran duct to.No warranty on a new unit,they are the worst that I have ever felt with.
