My mom hired the company d&n compositions general contracting and it’s owner through home-adviser (Angie’s list) to fix her roof, he came about three days and on the last said they were done working and had her pay the remaining balance. After they left she then saw they never completed the project. She proceeded to call and text him for 6 months to come fix what he has claimed he finished. He would not call or text her back. So finally she contacted Angie list and the better business bureau and they too could not get a hold of him. He’s now on the better business bureau’s watch list and he’s no longer on Angie’s list. Then the roof started to leak… two other roofers came out and said everything this company had done was wrong on all FOUR roofs. It all had to be ripped off and redone. She reached out to him to tell him this and wanted her money back. He actually picked up this time. He told her he’d come “look” at it if she took her review of his company off of home adviser. And said oh you only have one leak after all this time. ? she told him if she didn’t get her money back she’d go further. She then filed a civil suit. And he didn’t show up to the hearing, so she won but he has not yet paid her. Things are still in the works to get the money back. We’re pretty sure he’s been through this before. And everyone else has given up. We will not. My mother is a hard working woman who has raised me all on her own. She doesn’t deserve to be treated this way. She just wants want she had paid for. And has since had to pay another company to redo this company’s mess up. This has gone on long enough. I don’t like when people are mean to my mom. And I will post this everyday until she gets what she is owed.
