D&N is the worst company and vendor I've ever dealt with. They have the warranty work in our neighborhood and not one happy customer. They do not answer the phone and the couple times we've successfully gotten them to the house has been proven they don't know what they're doing. The tech came out 2-3 times, for the same issue mind you, and blamed the issue on the "new construction" a 1/4 mile down the road instead of the piles of insulation in the drip pan and the spare parts and user manual they left in the drip pan to soak in water and clog the pan causing the emergency shut off to kick in and stop the unit. We had a new company come out and solve the issue instantly.
