Horrible experience. Came to fix our furnace when we first bought a house. Left the pressure valve upright and did no bother to check it. Valve broke, called back. Person on the phone was very rude and offered me a 2 week time frame. We have zero heat. Never going to deal with this guy who is very inconsiderate and dangerous.
