Ron assessed my situation and placed a bid with my insurance company. It was approved. He told me he was ready to go, and at the last minute (over 2 months since his assessment) he told me he wasn't going to be able to do the work at my house because he had taken on other jobs. We ended our conversation in a shouting match. Rumor has it that he was afraid of me because I was wearing a nose ring when we met.
