After nearly one year after installing a furnace and AC, the AC had a leak. Because it was nearing a holiday, Dan could not arrange anyone to come and fix the problem. So, another company fixed the problem, but it cost me my trust in his business and his integrity as a compassionate human being. The managment company advised prompt service to keep the tenants cool.
